Requirements:
• 3-5 Years of experience in same or equivalent position. Experience in Telecom industry is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Contact Centre management.
• Display of business acumen, must be bilingual.
•Master’s Degree in Business Management and Degree or Diploma in Telecommunication or equivalent field.
