In search of professional and well organized individual in Garment production which involves with the planning, coordination and control of jobbing production, mass production, process production, or batch production.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

ØOverseeing all elements of production from fabric to cut/sew/pack  including management of all fabric stock levels

ØPlan and maintain production schedule for the job

Øreview and adjust the schedule where needed

ØSet and monitor product quality standard

ØEnsuring to meet the production targets

ØResponsible for complete understanding of the job including equipment usage and maintenance

ØEnsuring the effective management of production lines

ØMonitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement

Qualifications:

ØMinimu m Five years of pre-production/production experience

ØCollege degree/graduate or equivalent

ØProfessional and team leader with knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing process and techniques

ØKnowledge of machines, tools and computers

ØGood communication skills both Arabic and English

ØMale only
