Objective C Programmer
Responsibles:
- Working with a small team of developers to build
new and innovative mobile applications.
- Learning fast and on the fly, we like to try new
things and to leverage the latest API’s so you will
be too.
- Integrating mobile features with web API’s – our
apps are focused on tying DailyBurn fitness services
into compelling mobile apps.
- Work with other mobile platforms too – we have a
strong focus on the iPhone OS but we’re looking to
work with other mobile platforms too.
- Working with a distributed team – most of us are
spread out and we work remotely so you need to be
down with that.
Skills:
1. Computer Engineering or Computer science
graduate.
2. Excellent Object Oriented Design and Programming
Skills
3. Strong command of Design Patterns is an asset
4. Knowledge of C/C++
5. Knowledge of Objective-C and iPhone programming
6. Knowledge of Mac OS X is a plus
7. Familiarity with networking and network
communication protocols is an asset
8. Knowledge of Graphical design tools is a plus.
9. Self-motivated
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
skills
11. Ability to work both independently and in teams
12. Ability to work under pressure.
13. Experience developing Cocoa Touch iPhone/ iPad
apps
14. Web development experience (Standards-based
HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus, but not required
