Job Description:
One of the General Trading and contracting company in
Kuwait is looking for a smart and Energetic male and
female Administration & Commercial Secretary for their
Head Office operation. (Double Shift Duty)
Job Responsibilities:
• Arrange and schedule meeting and appointments.
• Preparing letters of Credit, Pro notes. Etc.
• Self correspondence, attending, screening, and
answering telephone calls.
• Filing, Documentation, maintaining data... etc.
• Stock control activities.
• Support to maintenance team
• Preparing monthly reports to management.
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree is highly required.
• Minimum five years experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office software including
Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Well versed with English language, Knowledge of
Arabic is preferably.
