Job description
Head of Managed Services, required to work for an international telecommunications contractor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This will be working on a UK Ministry of Defence initiative to deliver new defence capabilities in Saudi Arabia including providing operations and maintenance of their nationwide communications network.
In the role of Head of Managed Services you will take full accountability for the effective delivery of services to the SANG as required by the UK MoD SANGCOM Team. You will be expected to manage effective business relationships with a wide stakeholder group including senior officers from SANG and the UK MOD. As a key member of the Management board you will be responsible for all business aspects of the programme and primary responsibility for continuous customer satisfaction. Ensuring continuous and high level of Customer satisfaction; high standard of operational management of the SANG communication network and; high standard of maintenance of all equipment & buildings as required by the OMT Scope of Services, including quality, health & safety in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will have a UK Bachelors Degree or equivalent, a sound understanding of the concept of service provision; proven track record of leading large, diverse teams and previous accountability for managing a large budget.
