• Assist in any system implementation and further 
enhancements
• Ensure all customizations (programs, reports) 
adhere to standard development standards
• Ensure adequate system control and security
• Support and administration of systems and users
• Any other tasks, as assigned by superior
Create detailed User manuals for all new systems
Create detailed Technical manuals for all new 
systems. 
Ensure smooth running of daily operations of 
different types of interfaces
