Qualifications
An Engineering Degree in any relevant discipline
A good background and expertise in EPC Projects – specifically within Oil/Gas, Water & Waste Water, District Cooling, Utilities and/or Infrastructure type Projects
20+ years work experience as an Engineer with experience at a senior level in Project Management, Procurement, Tendering, Project Controls, Safety, Planning
A knowledge of construction, engineering and procurement and other project-related activities, including their interfaces and interdependencies.
A Broad knowledge of industry standards,
An understanding and practical knowledge of leadership principles.
Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment, to develop mutual trust and teamwork, and to facilitate employee self-development.
The Ability to plan, organize, lead and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to their successful completion.
Good written and oral communication skills.
The ability to establish and maintain strong and effective customer relations.
The ability to anticipate change and to adjust promptly and effectively.
The ability to recognize people for their accomplishments and ensure that customers and the organization are made aware of these accomplishments.
