A boutique design and construction firm specializing in fast track high end residential and hospitality projects is looking for an MEP Design Engineer to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Review and certify all the sub-contractor payment and project invoicing.
• Check and study all the MEP drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Orchestrate all the various MEP site activities in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that work activities are performed in accordance with the construction schedules.
• Evaluate cost and time variations as well as provide assistance in quality control matters applied to the project.
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering in the relevant field.
• Experience in Audio Visual design and installation.
• At least 15 years of similar experience in hospitality building projects in the GCC.
