Job Requirements:
> Experience in SQL Server optimisation, CAFM System Implementation and Maintenance.
> Experience in maintaining and back up for SQL Server, CAFM solution implementation on multiple Facilities Management projects.
> Experience in providing maintenance support of implemented system.
> All the applicants should be a graduate in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or relevant professional qualification with knowledge of any CAFM system.
> Preference to applicants with skills in Concept, SQL Server 2005/2008, Crystal Reports 11 or later, Cisco UCCX/ IPCC System, PDA/Tablet Operating systems.
Job Responsibilities:
> Management of day-to-day operation of CAFM - Monitoring CAFM server performance.
> Checking logs for errors and troubles
> Creating users and granting proper security rights
> Maintaining Master tables - Generating PPM schedules
> Moving completed jobs to history - Publishing Reports to users
> Maintaining Asset and PPM. Importing new assets and PPM schedules into the system
> Regularly checking PPM Planner for Overlapping PPM schedules
> Providing each site with PPM schedules every month
> Basic IT support to helpdesk (Software Installation, anti-virus updates, etc.) - SQL Server Management and backup
> Creating backup plans
> Monitoring SQL Server performance making sure that it is fully optimized
> Installation of PDA software
> Creating User and security rights on PDA console
> Maintaining PDA software master table
> Run Monthly reports for all projects
> Create new reports as needed by site management
> Implementing new software related to FM
> Creating new procedures and adapting the CAFM system based on Client's need
> Regular consultation with site-FM on how to improve the system.
