Graphic designer should be: (must test the designer at interview and see how he works)
- Experience from 5-7 years
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) reading and writing
- Has good knowledge of designing programs (Photoshop, illustrator, in design) – knowledge in 3D and flash is a plus
- Must have a creative artistic sense
- Must know basics of photography
- Must have experience in flyer making (product shooting, cropping of items, and flyer layout)
- Must have an idea about production, printing, and media ad sizes (magazines and newspapers)
- Must be cooperative, acceptable to positive criticism and a good listener
- Works well under tight deadlines
Equipment needed:
1- Mac operating PC (latest specs)
2- A3 colored printer
3- Scanner
4- Studio for photo shooting (camera - latest specs, lighting equipment, background…)
5- External hard disk (for saving materials)
