A multinational software firm, with a global presence that provides banking and financial solutions is looking to hire a Business Account Manager to be based in their Dubai office. Reporting to the Director – Regional Business Development MEA, your primary objective will be solutions-selling, focusing on the banking and financial sectors in the Gulf region. As a part of the Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for managing the existing accounts for both licensing and processing services, achieving and maintaining agreed service levels for existing client on technical and business matters. In addition, you will target potential customers and develop relationships for new business.

To qualify, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of three to  eight years of experience in selling banking systems and solutions such as core banking,payment  solutions/ systems. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. This position involves extensive international travel.
