A Multinational Security Company based in Qatar is looking for a candidate to work as a Security
Guards Training Manager for their firm. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor degree in security
field and minimum 5 years of experience in the Security/Police/Military field. He is responsible of
covering all aspects of human resources development, preferably in the field of security industry.
Candidate should be well versed in written and spoken English. Lead the corporate training,
development efforts to the optimize effectiveness of the company, expatriate human capital.
Negotiate and established with key policy makers the role of education, training development in the
company. Work closely with the senior management to develop, design and implement high level
strategic initiatives with impact on the company's climate, talent management and performance.
