Job Description:
Major accountabilities 1- Direct all efforts to set company annual goals forecast according to the company strategic direction , KPI’s, market research data, competitors analysis, , , etc. Ensure the translation of those forecasts into achievable targets for the company team. 2- Achieve company targets according to the company strategic direction and business plans which indicate action plans, timing, measurements and results expected, Creating business plan, carrying out feasibility study and start up, increase certain product lines and phase out others. 3- Lead and manage staff through setting regional / district or individual targets, geographical routing, marketing tools and sales performance measures. 4- Ensure the professionalism of the staff and the compliance to the company standards and skills. 5- Provide the necessary information and coordinate with finance department to set services pricing according to market demand and competitors. Follow up the changes that may affect the prices in a changing market and safeguard the competitiveness of our services without effecting the budget 6- Follow up key accounts that represent 80% of business and ensure the provision of best offers to guarantee the retention of large accounts. 7- Direct company budget and ensure meeting the operating expenses allocated for the company. Work closely with Finance department to ensure the reduction and or stability of cost and operating expenses. 8- Identifying appropriate opportunities with Government to facilitate setting up of a laundry and uniform manufacturing factory and offices. 9- Establishing systems, procedures and policies for operations, Overseeing commercial operations, Marketing plans and launching, and Contract management.
