Job Description :
The Contractor shall appoint a full time Contract Manager who shall be fully responsible for the Technical and HSE aspects of the Contract.
The Contract Manager shall be fully qualified academically and by previous experience be able to proficiently manage all the Contractor's service organization and operations in analytical services, training provision and to liaise fully with the Contract Holder.
Contract manager roles and accountabilities will include (and will not be limited to) the following:
I. Delivering high value & high quality results
II. High uptime and availability of staff/equipment required for onsite measurements
III. Agreeing with customers the scope and timing of work
IV. Carrying out reviews and audits, and reporting into the contract QHSE & annual review meetings
V. Setting up, executing, and reporting status of contract management plans and data/information management.
VI. Manage On-job training scheme activities for company Lab chemists
VII. Continuous improvement of lab work processes and staff skill level
VIII. Coordinating activities of analytical services and lab support contractors and maintenance technicians.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile The Contract Manager shall have good overall knowledge of all aspects of Production Chemistry and chemicals applications in oil and gas industry. Contractor staff in this position shall be fluent in both, spoken and written English.
Minimum qualification requirements for this position shall be as follows:
Qualifications: Degree Chemical engineering/Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of (10) year’s oil field experience of which a minimum of five years shall be in production chemicals/chemistry in a multinational working environment.
Experience 10 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Chemical )
