The Company:
A well reputed leading company dealing in IT business with head office in Riyadh would like to fill a vacancy for their office in Riyadh:
Position:
Stock Controller reporting to the Logistics Manager
Qualifications:
A relevant degree in distribution/logistics or equivalent.
Good written and spoken English essential.
Minimum Five – Seven years experience in warehouse & Logistic operations
Skills:
Multi disciplined, experience working in fast-paced environments. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, Innovative and effective problem solver and highly organized.
Knowledge in the accounting code system.
In-depth and wide knowledge and understands strategy and policies around stock management
Perform activities in a quality manner
Ability to be able to summarize datasets to report back to senior management level.
A hardworking, dedicated professional who “gets the job done”
Computer literate & familiar with Microsoft Office, Inventory Management System, preferably knowledge in operating Oracle
Speaks / Write English fluently (Arabic is plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Will coordinate between Sales, Purchasing, Finance and warehouse departments.
Check the stock status, Execute physical in/out flow of material in line with polices and procedure of the Supply Chain Network Dept.
Develop procedures and recommend estimates for existing stock before it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.
To carefully monitor stock levels in storage and stock rotations
To provide regular Warehouse/Stores information and performance reports
Check availability of stock before processing purchase orders.
Reconciliation of stock, Allocate item codes as per Function Group of each item
Use stock count results to determine significant stock inaccuracies
Liase with stores and work with data to determine probable causes of significant issues.
Assist Stores in Resolving stock Related Issues
Build and maintain a store counting schedule for full stock takes and cycle counts
Monthly Salary Range:
Free transportation or Sr. 300
Free Housing or upto three basic salaries
Free Medical insurance
Annual leave with ticket
