Job Description Land Development commencing with property feasibility study, conceptual drawing, interaction with relevant authorities for approvals, till project completion stage.
Overall project management functions from conceptual stage including Tender Programme, Method statements to detailed logical scheduling in order to achieve timely completion of project.
Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters and project development & Construction scheduling including material & manpower planning.
Handle project Evaluation, Analysis of cost & benefit.
Interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical / Financial problems.
Executing civil and architectural projects.
Anchor construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Developing and maintaining Preliminary Programme, Schedule of works, cost and resources.
Liaising with Consultants, suppliers, Contractors and sub contractors. Coordinating complex issues and long lead deliverables with specialized sub contractors
Shouldering the responsibility of monitoring progress of works using various formats of reports, which help correct decision making.
Responsible for representing the company in various meetings and maintaining contractual correspondence with Consultants , Contractors and Sub contractors on planning related issues
Analyzing design changes by client / technology and impact of changes on progress.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
Managing communication upward and across project teams including project status, justifications for variances, recommendations for major changes, and technical information
Check and certify contractor’s bills.
Responsible for preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports to update Management.
Recommend new ideas and solutions to reduce consumption of material..
Achieve business objectives as laid down periodically.
Manage Cash Flow with Accounts Department.
Contact Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Government Department and Clients for new projects and arrange for making seminars and presentations to them.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Masters In Construction Management & Financial Engineering is a must. Bachelor of Architecture will be an added advantage.
You should have International working Experience to latest construction Technology & Management. Executing civil and architectural projects and handling project Evaluation, Analysis of cost & benefit. Exposure in field of Project Management of high end Real Estate Infrastructure Development including Hotels, Malls, Airport, Commercial / Residential Projects in GCC countries. Carrying core competency in Planning, Cost Control, executing Design & Engineering contracts with highest degree of excellence and International Standards of Practice.
You would have entrepreneurial qualities and should be capable of carrying through a project from the concept stage to final implementation.
Knowledge of operation in Primavera Enterprise Ver. 6.1, Construction Computer Software (CCS), Design & Project Management Software.
GCC Driving License holders preferred.
