Duty Supervisor AMS
Selected candidate is responsible to organize resources effectively and co-ordinate necessary activities to ensure efficient, productive and risk free operation at shift basis and to provide effective leadership and promote positive teamwork within AMS operation. He/she constantly needs to communicate with AMS Team and other necessary parties and assist in overall functioning of the day to day AMS operation. Selected individual required to report problems arising and potential situation that may lead to dissatisfaction of both guest and employees to AMS management.
 
The candidate needs to understand and demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and to have positive and passionate attitude towards the customers, employees and organization. He/she will assess problems/complaints and situations, taking prompt and corrective action and ensuring the best possible satisfaction to the both guest and employees along with that situation of a delicate nature is handle with utmost discretion and confidentiality. He/she will act as Monthly Duty Manager [MDM] while assisting the Manager MAS for his/her role. 
 
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 'A' Level or equivalent with 3 years experience in a premium hospitality/service environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferably within premium hospitality/airline/airport/service environment with supervision of a large diverse workforce
 
Behavioral attributes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all levels with administrative and technological ability.
- Well developed business like communication skills, both verbal and written.
- To be able to make decision independently, support own positive thinking, analysis situations and provide effective solutions and suggest/implements methods to prevent repetitions. 
- Genuine service/people focused attitude and understanding of needs of multi cultural working/operating environment with 
- High level of versatility and to be able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people. 
- To be able to recover services where while providing alternative solutions, organize own workload and others work independently.
- Arabic speaker would be preferred
