We are a leading Microsoft and CISCO Certified Information Technology Company located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a professional Network Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization.
Description
A dynamic and resourceful accountant/office admin that is capable of performing efficient coordination and follow up tasks with customers and suppliers. He will be responsible for financial accounts and office administration to support the company. He will also be responsible for the preparation of financial reports and statements such as (Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and other related reports), routine business correspondence, assisting the proposal team in coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Business process improvement, maintaining historical data and archiving will be added responsibilities. Other responsibilities will also include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintains financial records and book keeping.
• Payment follow-up with clients.
• Provides administrative and secretarial support as a primary responsibility.
• Maintains calendars & schedules and coordinates appointments.
• Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
• Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate; routes matters requiring action by staff and follows up to ensure actions are completed.
• Reviews outgoing correspondence, edits for procedural and grammatical accuracy, conformance to general policy and factual correctness.
• Edits written material for accuracy, format, and arrangement of material.
• Takes minutes of meetings and produces document in draft or final format.
• Receives calls and/or greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
• Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, categorizes, files and retrieves documents or other materials (Filing).
• Performs other tasks as assigned in support of the company business operations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as an accountant/office admin.
• The incumbent should possess a pleasing personality and exercise flexibility to work under tight and pressing situations.
• Should be process and result oriented.
• Should be computer literate conversant in latest computer applications.
• Enters, transcribes, records, stores, or maintains information in either written or electronic formats. Uses computer applications for conducting daily business activities.
• Speaks clearly, concisely and effectively; listens to, and understands, information and ideas as presented verbally.
• Communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; reads and understands information presented in writing.
• Establishes, organizes and/or maintains files.
• Arranges, coordinates, or schedules time and details.
• Deals with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and prevail professionalism.
Monitors or tracks information or data.
