Job description
Reporting to the VP of Design and Construction you will be tasked with participating and directing consultants through schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction and post opening deficiency phase.
You will assist in the selection of all Consultants, including definition of scope of services and fee negotiations, and you will meet with these consultants to review design brief, operating criteria, design standards and construction budget. You will co-ordinate and develop the budgeting of cost control, design alternatives and schedules.
