Job Details :
* Manage and control all aspects of store operations to maximize
efficiency and profit.
* Motivate, develop, direct, coach, support and delegate to the team,
monitoring their performance to achieve store targets .
* Achieve satisfactory mystery shop results and if required, put an
action plan into place that will deliver improved results in the future.
Job Requirements :
* Five years experience in the same field .
* Fluent English speaking.
* Effective communication and inter-personal skills.
* Fully conversant with IT software, excel, word.
