Job Details :
* Building up a network of Property Consultants & brokers for
getting new sites.
* First level Negotiation with Developers / Landlords for
Commercial and legal aspects.
* Building up a robust pipeline of Retail spaces for the coming
months Preparing all Site related documents required for
approvals.
Job Requirements :
* Any graduate.
* Three years experience in the samefield .
* Having valid driving licence.
* Good communication skills.
