Job Details:
•Performing Legal and Tax Due diligence for targeted Stations/Countries.
•Establish Outsourcing contracts (SLA’s, KPI’s, Penalties…)
•Networking with Government entities and officials to achieve and gain Public Policy efforts
•Liaise with local authorities and regulators
•Build legal opportunity matrix for each station
•Make out local regulations to support operational growth
•Partner with the local operations team to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats
Requirements:
-Must hold minimum a Bachelor Degree
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Knowledge of government regulations, contracts, legal and due diligence
-Be a Self motivated person
-Excellent negotiation skills
