Job Description : Business Development Manager

Our client, a global insurance company is seeking highly qualified Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be directly reporting to the Branch Manager.
 

Responsibilities:

• Targeting, negotiating and securing new business for practices along with the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Develops presentations and proposals by providing input regarding style and content of presentations, proofreading and providing editorial assistance
• Focus on arranging appointments, meetings, follow-up and closing business.
• Ensures that sales activity is accurately maintained on the prospecting database and Updates the prospect funnel
• Prepares and distributes various reports on sales activity for management, including year-to-date sales figures and sales forecasting data. Monitors data to ensure accuracy.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Insurance qualification ACII, ACIII is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in sales or marketing related experience or equivalent background.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/targets.
