Job description:
- Experience in SDLC (Software Development Cycle) is required.
- Experience in leadership of ERP implementation projects is essential. Please specify details of projects conducted.
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer - centric business process expertise and the ability to deal with sensitive or potentially controversial situations within and across organizations.
- Experience in Managing outsourced IT Services.
- Experience with the development, assessment and motivation of employees, including: recruiting, staff planning, coaching and counseling, performance plans and reviews, training, identification, correction of poor performance and salary administration.
Skills:
- Excellent design and analytical skills with the ability to apply these skills in providing comprehensive IT solutions to business opportunities.
- Excellent facilitation and problem solving skills used when presenting, discussing and resolving complex business and technical issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff.
Education: Bachelor's degree/higher diploma
