A leading company looking for a well experienced Development Manager in Bahrain.
Job Details :
* Work with Senior Development Manager in developing
and implementing detailed business plans
* Develop optimum structure for development
collaboration and investment transactions in terms
of appropriate capital funding sources and investment
exit strategies;
* Source investment transactions and partnering
opportunities that fall within the approved Business Plan.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
* Seven years of relevant experience in development
management .
* Excellent verbal and written communication English.
* Arabic language would be an added advantage.
