JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a prestigious engineering firm to join their Process Solution Center Division in Bahrain.

Qualification Requirements:

#Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Control Engineering or Computer science.

#Minimum 15 years of experience in managing APC/OTS/MES related types of Advanced Solutions base projects within a product life cycle environment in an engineering firm in GCC.

#Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience including performance  management, development, and recruiting.

Responsibilities:

-Define project requirements and proactively manage a complete project life cycle.

-Prepare budget for assigned projects, contractual claims and change management.

-Identify potential risks and make recommendations to management when escalation is required.
