A leading media company in Gulf is looking for an experienced candidate for the post of Credit Controller. Excellent communication skills in English is a mandatory. Should possess excellent skills in MS Office. Should be a polite personality with a tenacious telephone manner and good systems knowledge. Previous working experience in a finance department with exposure to credit control is required. Should be a result oriented personality.
Key Duties:
> Following debts through telephone and email to reduce debtor days.
> Allocating payments as per customer remittances.
> Preparing reminder letters as well as periodical statements.
> Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.
> Periodical end reporting and account reconciliations.
> Periodical end reporting and account reconciliations.
> Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices.
> Working under rigid targets.
