Al-Nahdi Medical Company was founded in 1986. Its operations include, Retail Pharmacies and Sales & Distribution of medicine, cosmetics, baby care and medical equipments. Since the beginning, Al-Nahdi pharmacies redefined the retail pharmacy market by opening large pharmacies and providing world class customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Translates business strategies into financial plans in partnership with various departments in the company.
• Supports annual and long range strategic planning processes.
• Sets major KPI’s of various departments and follows up the efforts to adhere to them and improve the overall performance.
• Develops and maintains all necessary financial planning and budgeting systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s resources towards achieving its objectives.
• Supports the management team in the achievement of the profitability targets.
• Evaluates the performance of retail stores and marketing activities.
• Assesses investment worthiness of potential new projects and proposes best funding resources.
• Performs financial evaluations for store investment and divestiture decisions.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor of Business Admin and CMA, MBA
Experiences required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting managerial position in mid to large size company.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in building financial models is a must.
- Experience in ERP and retail is preferred.
