Our client, established in 2007, a Power Generation and Seawater Desalination Plant seeks to require a HVAC maintenance technician. Perform preventive maintenance on chillers and auxiliaries in assigned plants according to established schedule and maintenance cycle. Carry out in depth maintenance and trouble shooting on all types of chillers and auxiliaries associated with chilled water production. Carry out alignment of rotating machinery and take appropriate action to repair or replace parts as needed. Work according to well defined procedures and refers decisions to senior technician for approval and implementation. In case of emergency makes own decision while simultaneously informing the senior technician. Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety, the safety of others is not jeopardized and a minimum of level of product, service quality and environment impact can be guaranteed. On going communication with the senior maintenance issues raised. Ad hoc communication with other senior technician and supervisor on any unsolved issues for experience exchange and reaching a solution. Response to faults and failures is prompt; maintenance work is carried out effectively with minimum downtime. He must be on time in report submission.
