GENERAL MANAGER

JOB PROFILE: General Manager is required for the overall direction of the company, while maximizing profitability and the efficient use of resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Provide leadership and vision to the organization.

·         Developing and evaluating short and long term and annual plans for the company.

·         Achieve goals of the annual strategic plan, with a specific focus on sales (revenue generation) and customer service.

·         Oversee and ensure high customer satisfaction at all times.

·         Directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies. 

·         Provide structure for operating functions throughout the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION:

·         5+ years experience in Switchgears Panel business .

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required, advanced degree preferred and

·         Business Management Degree.

·         Experience in Designs of Electrical Panels and Controls, in Sales and Marketing in the GCC market.

·         Boards Management level experience and business planning and financial oversight 

·         Excellent inter-personal, communication, operational , and management skills

·         Able to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, maintaining effective and productive work relationships

·         Must be computer literate and an Arabic speaker.
