Sector: Banking

The successful candidate will be responsible for the premises expansion of the bank and also the maintenance of all the bank’s establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Premises and Projects Development.

• Tendering and Project Award to suppliers.

• Preparation of Project (Budget, Planning etc.).

• Project Initiation, Project Execution and Project Handover.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Civil Engineering, though PMP certification will be an advantage.

• 10 years of relevant experience within a banking environment in the Middle East, with proven track record in construction projects.

• Arabic/English Fluent.
