Job Description
The ideal candidate has to oversee all branch activities relating to internal services and operational issues as well as ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory banking requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure branches follow uniform procedures and security controls and take corrective action where necessary.
• Co-ordinate budgetary activities as well as monitor branch transactions and suspicious transactions.
• Overlook all matters relating to branch administration, physical security and premises upkeep.
• Handle staff placements in branches, transfers, resignations, complaints and other matters.
• Submit periodical MIS reports on branch performance and business data.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• At least 8 to 10 years of Retail Banking / Branch Management / Branch Control experience in a bank in the GCC.
• Well conversant with PC applications as well as fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
