Job Details:
*Provides leadership to the SCADA/ITS team
*Establishes the appropriate organization and assigns work tasks for the proper execution of the work.
*Organizes, and ensures sufficient staffing, execution, and monitoring of all field engineering activities and related support operations.
*Provides guidance regarding scope of work, schedules, procedures, field construction problems, and other technical information.
*Determines staffing requisites for the defined scope and schedule.
*Collaborates with the construction management to eliminate any hazards related with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.
Requirements:
*Must hold a Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
*Registered Professional Engineer (US Professional Engineer or UK Chartered, or equivalent) is preferred.
*Minimum 15 years of experience with increasingly responsible positions in design and construction supervision (10 years of which should be within large SCADA and/or ITS projects).
*Thorough knowledge of SCADA, ITS and PLC systems and their systems integration.
