* Keeping tract of the maintenance and repair bills of the residents.
* Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and services.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree holder.
* Minimum ten years experience.
* Experience in post contract quantity surveying and contract
administration on major construction projects.
* Strong Customer Service skills.
