Job description
Senior Planning Engineer to prepare cost and resource loaded schedule of works including the various restraints and milestones involved in the commissioning of large-scale MEP projects. Monitoring of work progress at site and constructive inputs to the Project Manager. Compare the planned schedule with actual executed information and submit periodic reports. Track drawings, materials, method statements, ordering and procurement of materials/ equipments. Preparation of the Entitlement Programme for Extension of Time (EOT) and Acceleration of works. Identifying factors leading to Project Extension and timely notification of the same to the Consultants.
Qualifications
Excellent english skills both oral and written. Experience in working with Prima Vera software.
