The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Ability to plan, execute and finalize purchasing and procurement strategies across the organization. This includes acquiring resources for the company's F&B division while respecting the budgeted targets.
• Should be able to liase with department heads (chefs & managers) and to support all outlets in obtaining goods and services while ensuring VFM
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, with a concentration in finance, accounting and/or supply chain management.
• 5-7 years of experience procuring commercial products and services. Substantial experience in procuring F&B services and products is essential.
• Working knowledge of commonly used contract types; working knowledge of clauses and special provisions related purchases of goods and services is required.
• Expert knowledge of pricing analysis with the ability to analyze proposals using historical data, commercial catalogs, price list, and industry benchmarks to ensure price reasonableness.
