Job Description:
Our client a prestigious bank is looking for a
Procedures Manager to join their growing team in Riyadh.
This is a managerial position reporting to the
Procedures Head and will be responsible to document all
policies and procedures of the bank. Key interfaces will
be with all the business and support units, Technology
Group and the senior management of the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
• Document policies and procedures relating to the
bank’s products and services.
• Meet service levels as agreed with the business.
• Improve processes and controls as part of the
documentation exercise to ensure that the final
processes are best-in-class.
• Amend procedures to comply with any new
directives issued by the Central Bank and new internal
policies.
• Review existing procedures to ensure that they
comply with the Central Bank rules as well as other
international requirements and amend the procedures,
where required.
Qualification Requirements:
• Good knowledge of local and international
banking rules and regulations.
• Should have at least ten years of banking
experience out of which at least 3 years should be in
the Procedures Department in the GCC.
• High level of familiarity with risks / controls.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
