• Senior Level Appointment – drive strategic growth and revenue With a strong regional focus and ability to develop relationships within the greater community, this role provides an opportunity for an experienced and hands-on professional to lead the establishment and subsequent operation of a 4 Star property. The General Manager will be responsible for the operational, sales and food and beverage departments. Atleast 5 years of experience as a GM of a five star hotel/ hotel apartments with excellent management style. Within corporate guidelines, this is an opportunity to stamp your own personal signature. To be considered for this position, you must be able to display a stable work history, have impeccable references and satisfy the following criteria: • Experience in 5 or 4 Star Hotel/ Hotel apartments and ability to work under high pressure • Display a strategic / regional focus • Extensive senior hotel management experience • Ability to lead a multifaceted business • Ability to create and implement regional marketing initiatives that will result in increased sales • Heavily committed to maintaining service and quality initiatives • Extensive experience in business development•
