Requirements:
> Only candidates with exposure to operational, financial and credit risk will be considered.

> Applicants should posses a University degree in Risk Management/Finance, ideally MBA in Finance/CA/CFA/ACCA.
> Work experience of minimum ten years in risk management is needed.
> Applicants with experience in the insurance industry in the GCC will get preference.
> Need knowledge of technical insurance operations, regulations, internal controls and systems.
> Fluency in both English and Arabic for writing and speaking is needed.
Responsibilities:
> Perform risk assessment reviews and communicate appropriate action plans to risk management committee.
> Develop and train senior management and employees to make decisions based on the evaluation of risks.
> Apply risk assessment tools and techniques to assess identified risks and set risk limits.
> Formulate, review and implement risk management policies and procedures.
> Perform risk management procedures to monitor the risks associated with the investment portfolio.
> Develop and maintain the risk management framework to formally identify, monitor, document and mitigate risks.
