Positon:MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (Plumbing & Irrigation)

Location: Muscat Oman

Salary: 300-350 OMR + ​Accomidation​ ​+​ ​Food +Medical+ Transportation, BONUS, GRATUITY+Yearly Air ticket 

Nationality : Indian

Experience : 8+ years, (Profiles less than 8 years will not be considered)

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineer(3yrs)

Age Limit :40yrs

 

Job Skills:

1.Responsible for all Maintenance activities of Mechanical Systems for the whole Palace and all associated Buildings & Locations

2.Allocating works to the technicians on daily basis, collecting reports requesting material from store.

3.Must be full conversant with latest technology of system and capable of diagnosis of faults and carry out repairs

4.Knowledge and Hands on experience operation Maintenance and repair of plumbing Systems Water Booster Pumps. Water Network System water heaters

5.Knowledge and hands on experience on operation maintenance and Repair of fire Fighting system, Fire hydrant system Fire hose Reel System, Fire Extinguishers.

6.Knowledge and hands on Experience on Operation & Maintenance and Repair of Irrigation System. Bore wells Pumping wells shall be aware of irrigation Network system, irrigation Spinkler System Irrigation Drip system with Automatic Operation.

7.Knowledge of Network Drain System Waste Water Lifting Stations.

8.Knowledge of productive Measures to reduce noise vibration and sound level.

9.Inspecting Equipment for their Co0efficient of performance (COP) and Humidifiers performance.

10.Knowledge of BMS, AUTOCAD and Reading Drawings.

11.Responsible for ensuring that maintenance resource provide a productive efficient and Cost effective execution of maintenance schedules.

12.Knowledge of Equipment Inventory control

13.Maintains & updates operating and training manuals for the Maintenance Department.

14.Monitors Operation of Plant Equipment and Systems

15.Reviews the Operation of Plant, Machineries equipment and System constantly to minimize unplanned downtime anticipate Solve problems in timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvements.
