Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 5 plus years experience in effective and efficient purchasing of materials, products and services for the operations at most competitive prices and in a timely manner. Should possess excellent negotiation skills, regional market knowledge, with strong interpersonal skills. PC literacy and analytical capabilities are a must. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Arabic speaking will be a plus.
