Requirement:
*Education: Minimum a Degree in Business or a closely connected field.
*At least two years of practical experience in a support function in Contact Centers.
*Magnificent problem solving skill is a requisite
*Standard way of communication.
*Noteworthy awareness of FRiENDi mobile products and services.
*Customers Care skills must be in satisfactory level
*Good command in English and Arabic is a requisite
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
