Qualifications
The successful candidate must be a graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate and commercial practice, of which at least 1-2 years are based in the UAE. Your previous employment will be either in a business law firm or the legal department of a prominent manufacturing company established with international operations. You will have strong experience of legal issues concerning labour law, competition, commercial litigation, real estate, permitting and environment. Significant exposure of UAE companies is a must and you will be fluent in both Arabic and English. You will be a highly driven and committed professional with excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with key stakeholders and general management. UAE National applicants are preferred.
