JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field in the banking industry in GCC.
• Technical, operational & financial knowledge of Electronic Banking services.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
• Identify the areas of improvement and recommend corrective measures that will enhance service quality.
• Manage the periodical checking on the quality of processing, investigation and disposition of claims as well as the settlement efforts, card operations and customer/merchant oriented processes.
