Applications are invited for the post of Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Job Description:
Candidates with functional experience on Oracle 11i HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Learning Management ( I recruitment and Time &Labor Knowledge will be an added advantage).
Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations in HR and Payroll.
Knowledge of Multiple Business Group and Multiple Payrolls is compulsory.
Must have excellent command on Payroll fast formula.
Domain HR knowledge is must and must be sound in Payroll costing.
Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for extensions/customizations.
Knowledge of Interface Tables and APIs.
Skill:
Good knowledge of Business process within Oracle HRMS; Setups, configurations etc.
Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff.
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.
Able to build productive client relationships.
Flexible about work content and location and able to work independently with the client on site.
