Skills:
Background and experience:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in the field of change control, commercial, or procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in change control, project management or procurement environment.
- Sound knowledge of recognised project management and change control principles (procurement, earned value measurement, risk management, contract administration and claims resolution, change control).
- Sound knowledge of all major forms of contract.
- Good knowledge of the uses of commercial scheduling and estimating software.
