Jobtrack Management Services was founded in 1993 with a highly focused vision of acting as an extended recruiting arm of the clients we serve - "To be the first choice recruitment consultants". Our structure, consultant profiles and our practices are all aimed to fulfill this vision. Jobtrack has steadily grown over the years both in the number of offices and the number of full time Consultants. At this point, Jobtrack has three Offices in the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi) and four fully owned offices in India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Goa) employing over 60 full time qualified Consultants.
Qualifications
University male Graduate and should possess at least 3 years corporate recruitment experience within the UAE.
Responsibilities include interviewing, short-listing and selecting staff, developing job descriptions, ensuring recruitment policies, procedures and selection techniques and overall coordination of manpower planning.
