 Develop a student counseling service to provide psychological and / or social support, which meets student welfare needs and enables unrestricted learning;

 Set standards and/or guidelines for services to be provided at each institution, ensuring consistency in the implementation of standards across all schools;

 Monitor quality and effectiveness of services provided and adapt policies accordingly;
