Job Description : Risk Management Specialist, Qatar 



Our client, a specialist medical facility is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join their corporate team in Doha. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting and contributing in the establishment of a robust Risk Management Framework and will report to the Risk Manager. 



Responsibilities:


• Document policies and procedures associated with the implementation.
• Participate in the establishment and structuring of the risk financing program.
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of the hospital’s ERM framework, to manage the respective critical risks.
• Assist in the conduct of operational risk assessment with the various departments to actively identify and derive a plan to mitigate risks.



Requirements:



• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Sound knowledge and proven experience in implementing ERM using ASNZ 4360 or ISO 31000 standards.
• Experience in auditing and formulating Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans. 
• Certifications and/or Diploma in Risk Management or insurance and Risk Management, accredited by professional bodies or academic institutions are desirable.
