Job description
1. Prepare the timetable of classes every semester
2. Supervising the Registrar Office E-Register System setup
3. Defining all periods of registration activities according to the academic calendar
4. Assigning the Registrar office users to E-Register. Giving the privileges to the data
5. Planning and Developing the ideas to smooth out the registration work by reviewing online applications /this include meetings
6. Make the plans of distributing the program notices to students every semester - make necessary announcement and arrangement.
7. Preparation for Mid Term Warning include Memos and Meetings with staff
8. Preparation for courses to be offered next semester this include /Memos/ Meetings with coordinators and staff
9. Reviewing the schedule of classes next semester
10. Preparation for Early Registration period this include E-Register setup, scheduling memos/ meetings with staff
Qualifications
I. A bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics.
II. Fluency in English language.
III. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
IV. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
V. Possesses computer skills.
